Who is DEDICATED?

In 1989, Blanche Pearsall founded DEDICATED to place executive assistants and accounting staff, and to provide technical training to candidates re-entering the workforce. As the labor market changed, clients began requesting additional services in executive search and human resource consulting. Today, DEDICATED is recognized as a qualified resource for corporate and nonprofit organizations that need assistance in recruiting qualified talent and organizing human resource processes.
