The DEDICATED team assists our client companies with temporary
and contract staffing needs, whether long- or short-term. Candidates
are screened according to experience, education, and long-term
career desires. Employment references are conducted on each candidate
to determine job performance history, dependability, initiative
and interpersonal skills. Each DEDICATED employee is covered
under our bonding insurance policy; therefore, criminal background
checks are conducted on each candidate.
Administrative candidates complete skills testing to determine
level of competence in technical skills. Many of the professionals
who are registered with DEDICATED, and who are seeking full-time
employment are eager to gain diverse experience during their
job search. Temporary and contract assignments provide that opportunity
and also allow client companies to observe the performance of
candidates they might otherwise overlook.
An agreed-upon hourly rate will be charged for temporary and
contract workers. If the client believes that the employee is
not performing to expectations at any time, a DEDICATED manager
will address the issues in a timely and professional manner.
