Outsourced Management
DEDICATED has developed a service that performs essential day-to-day
business process support for companies who desire to focus on
their core business. We've named that service area, Outsourced
Management (OMI).
OMI is a portfolio of senior managers from a variety of disciplines
who are committed to fostering the success of a growing business
community in North Carolina, with focus on the 12-county Triad
area (Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point and surrounding counties).
We serve as a "magnet" for firms looking for a place
to start, establish a division or branch, or to relocate. We
also assist foreign firms seeking an entrée into the United
States. We facilitate these moves by enabling these companies
to outsource key business processes and their management. The
initial focus is on technology including biotech and engineered
textiles, but the services are available to all.
By outsourcing selected business processes a client firm can
more move quickly and have access to experienced managers without
having to hire and train people in all disciplines.
