Industry Credentials

Our firm is a member of the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS)-our industry's national professional association and the certifying organization for the Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and the Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS) designations. The CPC and CTS certifications are awarded based upon industry experience, the passing of a three-hour examination and the agreement to abide by the NAPS Code of Ethical Standards and Conduct. It is maintained by successfully completing fifty hours of industry-related continuing education every three years.

DEDICATED is a strong advocate of the NAPS certification program. Individuals joining the DEDICATED leadership team are required to sit for the examination, as they become eligible. We believe it represents a commitment to our clients that each of our recruiting products and services will be in accordance with federal employment law and the highest ethical standards and practices.
