Fees for consulting services depend upon the scope of the engagement.
Some engagements are for a predetermined number of hours and
priced at a flat rate. Projects requiring a variable amount of
time are billed for the actual hours spent by the consultants.
Retainer and turnkey arrangements are also designed when most
