Examples of Engagements
Several organizations outsource their entire human resource function to DEDICATED. As such, we are involved in policy development and implementation, risk management, onboarding new employees, employee relations, benefits planning and administration, conflict resolution, confidential and strategic planning, and coaching recently-promoted employees assigned to supervisory positions.

DEDICATED provides various levels of training to managers and leaders including interviewing, reference checking, performance evaluations, conflict resolution, and other topics related to day-to-day management challenges.

DEDICATED was engaged to coach a CEO and leadership team of a fast growth biotech company in designing and implementing procedures and best practices for hiring talent and management for a remote facility with complex regulations. As a result of the expansion, DEDICATED also assisted in reorganizing reporting structure, and designed an employee handbook which blended procedures, benefits, and performance management processes.

DEDICATED was engaged to assist the Executive Director and the HR Director for a 450-employee organization through a divestiture, resulting in establishing two separate HR departments, re-qualifying and re-hiring employees, establishing two separate benefits plans, and reorganizing all HR-related processes. For the same organization, DEDICATED was engaged to recruit for the CFO and several other leadership positions.

When a large non-profit health care organization experienced a change in leadership, the resulting culture shift evoked compliance concerns. DEDICATED assisted the HR team by conducting an employee satisfaction survey, summarized information and made recommendations for change. The organization was able to re-energize the teams for each shift, and recruit top talent while remaining within budget boundaries.

DEDICATED conducted a human resource site review for a two-year old, fast growth company with various compliance concerns. We successfully implemented a Drug Free Workplace Program and worked with the CEO improving processes for recruiting, payroll, benefits administration, and performance reviews.

An engagement by a multi-office engineering company allowed us to serve as the HR department and provide "lift" to their employees during a strong growth cycle. Our work resulted in improved processes for handling new employees, workers compensation issues, OSHA compliance, career pathing, performance reviews, employee communication and strategic planning.

When a client desired to bid on a government project, he asked DEDICATED to conduct an I-9 audit to ensure compliance. The audit revealed low compliance and, after training key people in each office, they were able to successfully participate in the bidding process. The training resulted in strengthening an important base of knowledge for each office.
