DEDICATED Professional resource, Inc., was founded in 1989 by President and Chief Executive Officer, Blanche Pearsall. With over 20 years' management experience, Blanche has built a premier service committed to strategic alliances with companies seeking to excel. She remains active in the daily operations of all aspects of the services provided by DEDICATED, and has authored several articles about human resource processes.

Among several appointments, Blanche was a member of the Board of Directors for NAPS (National Association of Personnel Services) for five years, and chaired the National Certification Committee from 1999-2003.  Since 2001, she has been a member of VISTAGE (formerly TEC--The Executive Committee which is  a worldwide organization of CEO's seeking to increase the effectiveness and enhance the lives of CEOs).  She was recipient of the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award in 1992.  She holds the CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant), CTS (Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist), and Certified Staffing Professional. NAPS industry awards include: 2002 NAPS District Director of the Year, 2001 CPC of the Year, 1998 CTS of the Year.

Jere Pearsall, CPC, CTS, Executive Vice President, joined DEDICATED in 1994 after thirteen years with Sara Lee Hosiery as Manager, Real Estate, Facilities and Transportation. He holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University, with graduate work at UNC-G. Jere has thirty years combined experience in engineering, recruiting, human resource, manufacturing, distribution and facilities management. He is involved in strategic planning, engineering recruiting, and special projects for DEDICATED. He is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS), Certified Staffing Professional, and a validated certification trainer for the NAPS Certification Program.  Jere leads DEDICATED’s affiliation with the Top Echelon Network.

Susan Vanhoy, CPC, CTS, Vice President of Operations, joined DEDICATED in 1991 after working for more than 20 years with national and international staffing services. She is also an experienced corporate trainer and recruiter, and holds an undergraduate degree from East Carolina University with graduate work at UNC-G. She is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS), and Certified Staffing Professional.  Susan coordinates the contract placement activities and internal operations for DEDICATED.

Bob Balsdon is one of the leaders of DEDICATED’S executive search practice.   His extensive background includes a successful career in strategic sales and marketing, channel/distributor management, and market management.  DEDICATED’s clients have found him extremely successful in identifying talent for strategic leadership positions.  His ability to understand and address cultural differences, and communicate needs, desires, and objectives effectively with both candidates and clients ensures successful results for both parties.

Sylvia Stone joined DEDICATED as an executive recruiter with an extensive background in the software industry.   She has 20 plus years of senior management and leadership experience with a software development, marketing and sales organization, and over ten years of senior management experience as a reseller and implementer of Enterprise Resource Planning Software.  Sylvia focuses on recruiting professionals for technology companies and industries requiring internal technology talent.  

Carolyn Pittman received her BS in Clothing and Textiles with a concentration in Business Administration.  She is responsible for recruiting and selection of candidates for contract and temporary positions.  Her experience includes over fifteen years supervisory, training and management experience.

Chip Early, Research Assistant, joined DEDICATED in 2005, after receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southeastern University.  He has human resource experience in recruiting and background verification, and has over ten years in retail sales/customer service.  At DEDICATED, he conducts research for talent identification, employment verification and credentialing.
