DEDICATED Professional Resources, Inc. was established in 1989 by Blanche Pearsall, President and Chief Executive Officer. Since that time, DEDICATED has provided solutions to complex human resource challenges to hundreds of corporations and nonprofit organizations.

In addition to leading DEDICATED, Blanche remains actively involved in professional development-both personally and for colleagues across the nation. Since 2001, she has been a member of the VISTAGE organization (a worldwide membership organization of CEOs seeking to increase the effectiveness and enhance the lives of CEOs). Among other appointments, Blanche was a member of the Board of Directors for NAPS (National Association of Personnel Services) for five years, and chaired the National Certification Committee from 1999-2003. She was recipient of the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award in 1992, and served on the Entrepreneurial Advisory Board of Piedmont Entrepreneurs Network. She holds the CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant), CTS (Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) designations. NAPS industry awards include: 2002 NAPS District Director of the Year, 2001 CPC of the Year, 1998 CTS of the Year. She also serves as a resource and advisory committee member to several non-profit organizations in North Carolina.
